You can enter your discount code during the checkout process. Simply go to the checkout page, find the field labeled “Discount Code” or “Promo Code”, type in your code, and click Apply. The discount will be automatically deducted from your total before you complete the payment.
If you’d like to exchange or return an item purchased online, please contact our support team at support@grabandclean.com. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide all the necessary details.
Exchanges & Returns
We currently offer standard delivery from our warehouse in Poland, Europe. Orders are delivered within 4–10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Refund Questions

No, items placed in your shopping basket are not reserved automatically. Product availability is only guaranteed once your order has been completed and payment has been confirmed.
You can shop online with us from all European Union countries. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland, and delivery usually takes 4–10 business days depending on your location.
